I don't know that many people are interested in some else's urine... But no, it's not THAT easy. I mean for some its about getting thoughts into typing but that's never really easy. And then putting it out there for others to see, it's sort of a vulnerable thing. I don't know the context the quote was used in, but I strongly disagree.
